Comparisons are easily done
Once you’ve had a taste of perfection
Like an apple hanging from a tree
I picked the ripest one
I still got the seed
You said move on
Where do I go
I guess second best
Is all I will know
Cause when I’m with him
I am thinking of you
Thinking of you
What you would do if
You were the one
Who was spending the night
Oh I wish that I
Was looking into your eyes
I was scouring over the net for news and found this 2-year old article about a 17 year old teenage boy from China who hanged himself on a tree after he found out that his blind date isn’t that beautiful as advertised in the chatroom.
1 Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. 2 “Honor your father and mother” (this is the first commandment with a promise), 3“that it may go well with you and that you may live long in the land.” 4 Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.
- Ephesians 6: 1-4
Not all fathers are perfect, to some their father is their hero, motivation, and source of dreams, however, to some their father is their oppressor, frustration, and source of regrets. Like it or not - he is the one that brought you out here with the help of your mother of course. Easy for me to say I guess and I may not have the position to say it.

It has been officially a month now since I’ve been taking two jobs in a day - one at night and one at day. With four hours per day of sleep and sometimes less, I’m beginning to wonder how long I could keep this up. I’ve had a lot of strong reasons then when I decided to take another job, nevertheless, those strong reasons eventually withered like grass under the blistering sky and the fatigue I’m feeling everyday is bit by bit consuming my frail body. The more I think of it, the more it’s devouring me. @_@
You say you gotta go and find yourself
You say that you’re becoming someone else
Don’t recognize the face in the mirror looking back at you
You say you’re leaving as you look away
I know there’s really nothing left to say
Just know I’m here whenever you need me I’ll wait for you
So I’ll let you go, I’ll set you free
And when you’ve seen what you need to see
When you find you, come back to me
